Nonnative adapted subshrub from South America. Non-invasive. A scrambling small shrub that invites all of the hummingbirds in the neighborhood. Tubular orange flowers come in frequent "waves," from March until november. Shear back for a tidier look in dormant season. Likes a full sun position, and can handle a wide variety of soil types. Pair with other pollinator plants for a lively garden!
